The constitution seventh amendment Act 1956 was enacted as the Constitution act, 1956. For the implementation of states reorganization, it is required to make so many amendments in the Constitution will. In terms of courts in a State, High Courts are the highest authority. Article 124 to 237 handles the objective to establish the High Courts in each state. A High Court of any concerned state consists of a Chief Justice, and other judges appointed by the President. There is no fixed amount of judge in a High Court, their appointment is done according to the requirement.
