Resetting the password on one of these sites resets the password for all of the following Verizon wireless online portals: My Verizon, Push to Talk, Verizon Cloud, etc.
From the computer, navigate to the Verizon website.
Click Sign in (upper-right).
Click My Account then click Forgot your info?.
Enter the 10-digit mobile number then click Continue.
Enter the 5-digit billing ZIP code then click Continue.
Select a password delivery option (text message, email, mail) then click Send Password.
Note Depending on the option selected, the remaining steps to complete the password reset will vary.
If a link is sent to your device, follow the prompts in the text message to complete the password reset.
If an email is sent, follow the prompts in the email to complete the password reset.
If you opt to have a letter sent to the billing address, follow the instructions in the letter to complete the password reset.
